Scope of Work

Supply and Installation of ±2,600 sqm of Temporary Excavation Shoring (Concrete Caisson)

Removal of ±10,300 cum of Topsoil and Subsoil which included ±4,700 sqm of Clearing and Grubbing with about ±1,800 sqm of Vegetation Removals.

Removal of ±4,600 cum of Rock.

Hauling and Disposal of ±7,900 cum of Excess Excavated Materials.

Excavation, installation and backfilling of about ±50 lm of 1200-mmØ Class-140D RPC Pipes.

Supply and installation of Nine (9) sets of Precast Concrete Manholes with sizes ranging from 1.800-mØ to 3.000-mØ with depths of 13-m to 21-meters.

Micro-tunneling about ±1,300 lm in length of 1200mmØ Low-Flow Precast Pipes c/w Excavation and Construction of Seven (7) sets of Concrete Micro Tunneling Shafts (MTS).

Cast in place concrete construction of the pumping station (approximately 3700m3)

Supply and installation of 900x3750mm Sluice Gates, 400mmØ and 350mmØ Knife Gate Valves, 350mmØ Check Valves.

Fabrication and Installation of 25-meters of 400mmØ SS Pump Suction Piping and 70-meters of 350mmØ SS Pump Discharge Piping.

Fabrication and Installation of 16-meters of 250mmØ SS Pump Discharge By-Pass Piping and 60-meters of 300mmØ SS Wet Well Vent Piping.

Supply and installation of Four (4) sets of KSB Dry Pit Submersible Pumps with 300mmØ Discharge and 50 kW Pump Motors.

Supply and installation of Slate Shake Steel Roof on Wooden Trusses w/ Snow-Ice Barriers and Roof Gutter. Trespa Panels and Brick Veneer exterior claddings on Concrete Block Walls.

Supply and installation of all associated electrical and SCADA systems.
