Established in 1881, the American Water Works Association is the largest nonprofit, scientific and educational association dedicated to managing and treating water, the world’s most important resource. The AWWA provides solutions to improve public health, protect the environment, strengthen the economy and enhance our quality of life.

The Canadian Welding Bureau is accredited by the Standards Council of Canada (SCC) as a certification body. The accreditation covers the welding certification programs for companies engaged in fusion welding, welding consumables and welding inspection organizations.

Canadian Construction Association (CCA) is the national voice for the Canadian construction industry representing companies working in all four segments of non-residential construction including civil engineering construction

The Toronto Construction Association, or the General Builders' Society as it was called then, was founded in February 1867 by a group of 58 Canadian construction industry executives. TCA's mandate, then was to promote the highest possible standard of professionalism for its stakeholders. That mandate remains unchanged.
