- Area 1 – South Effluent Pumping Station, Electrical Substation, and Outfall
- Building upgrades: Ground floor reconstruction, new electrical and sampling rooms, roofing, flooring, monorail hoist, FRP doors
- Effluent system upgrades: New automatic strainers, sampling equipment, flowmeters, simulator systems
- Electrical and SCADA systems: New electrical room, panels, UPS, SCADA workstation, network upgrades, new lighting and fire alarm systems
- Mechanical and plumbing: HVAC replacements, new washroom, sump pumps, potable and sanitary piping upgrades
- Outfall: removal of outfall sampling piping and dosing piping, installation of new dosing piping
- South Access Road: Construction of new access road, erosion control, lighting, fencing, landscaping
- Area 2 – Chlorination and Dechlorination Systems
- New Disinfection Building: Demolition, structural extension, new chemical containment, HVAC, sodium hypochlorite tank installations and dosing systems
- Electrical upgrades: MCC replacement, UPS systems, emergency power panels, SCADA workstation, lighting
- Dechlorination Building: New dosing piping, demolition of old simulators, new flowmeters, emergency power upgrades
- Area 4 – Boiler House, Groundskeeping Shop, and Tunnels
- Tunnel lighting and power: New lights, controls, receptacles, sump pump systems
- Boiler house upgrades: MCC replacement, boiler control panel upgrades by Cleaver Brooks, HVAC improvements, SCADA, UPS
- Groundskeeping shop: Demolition, landscaping, parking lot and lighting
- Area 5 – Storage Building/Plant Stores
- Interior renovations: New office, washroom, flooring, doors
- Mechanical and electrical: New HVAC, electric heating, plumbing, lighting, telecommunication systems, RPU panel
- Security and monitoring: Cameras, monitoring terminals
- Flow metering: Temporary and final flowmeter installations
